2/24/25 they could not answer the phone. had to hit one of the options 2 worked. got to talk to a real live human. maybe if their management knew how manage they would have enough people on Mondays to answer their phone!!! 8/11/25 they cancelled my line of credit without notice leaving me exposed. they REFUSE to answer thier phones. update 7/29/2025: no progress yesterday was on hold for 20 minutes no one answered. i called back starting hitting options got lucky option 2 got me right to a friend of mine there. i recognized the voice. she still had to id me of course. i never interfere with a working person. she helped me because i helped me. it was too hot yesterday to get in my truck and drive over there. its a lot faster in the 21st century to have to use a horse and buggy technology because chief financial refuses to hire enough help, then they tape... read more
