Chief Financial Credit Union was established in 1941 by a group of GM Pontiac Motors employees that believed people should help people. Nearly 80 years later, Chief has come a long way from our humble beginning in a toolbox on that shop floor, but we have never strayed from the original purpose: People helping people. I’ve never dealt with better customer service anywhere else. I spoke with Monique and Maggie and they were so extremely pleasant to deal with and cared a lot about making sure I could make the best financial decision possible along with answering several questions giving me the best information possible. Definitely recommend Chief Financial to anyone

I'd give a zero star rating if that were allowed. I have a small loan through CFCU, the loan was great with a great rate. But do not expect ANY service here. My account is ALWAYS locked for "inactivity" so I cannot look at my balance with out calling them to unlock my account to which I have to wait HOURS on hold to speak with anyone. Only for them to reset my account. Absolutely poor online and physical help. They earned this 1 star.
The Baldwin Center highly recommends Chief Financial Credit Union. We have been a member for over a decade and the service is outstanding!
