Would definitely recommend the team at Chief Electricians for solar panel installation. We had 9kW solar panels and inverter installed and found the customer service from Dylan, Hayley, Victoria and the installation team (Josh) to be a positive experience. This was my first-time solar panel purchase.
Bought a 10kw solar system with a 27kw battery. From the start these guys were professional and know their stuff. They explained all the choices we have and gave us different size options to suit our needs. They were available to answer any query that we had. We had a very positive experience with Chief Electricians throughout our solar installation. They were responsive, professional and easy to communicate with at every stage, and their on-site team was excellent. The installation was completed smoothly, and we are pleased with the system overall. A few of the panels appear to be generating less than others, seemingly because of their placement, but we will have a clearer picture of the system’s full performance once the winter months are behind us.
All facets of the business provided professional, patient and courteous advice. From initial consulting continuing through to installation operations and administrative support staff. Guided through the various options available, I was able to make an informed choice as to the appropriate system for my needs. I am very happy with both their service and the final outcome. A very professional outfit.
I sourced over 6 different supplier quotes. Super happy we went with Chief, they must be a very well oiled machine, with all the right systems and processes in place. From the initial sales / quoting process, through to the install and after sales, they have been super helpful. Surprisingly, despite their relatively young age, the team onsite site for the installs were super respectful and confident, which seems fairly uncommon for tradies these days. Very happy and would 1000% recommend them!
