Today (1/8/2020), Demarco H. & Seth S. saved a life! I was pet sitting and this morning, Madeline managed to open, move the floor vent and go inside the duct work. Her owner said she had done that in the past so I put a five lb. weight on top of the vent and she still moved it. Within minutes of seeing her dart down the vent, I called Chief Bauer and then turned off my furnace. Rhonda answered the call and immediately found a crew who was in the area. Paul was outstanding. He did excellent work on a difficult job and he did so quickly and inexpensively. He also stuck around after the job was done to make sure his repair worked properly -- which it did.
I've been using Chief/Bauer the whole time I've owned my home, and they always do a great job. The technicians make repairs and tune-ups effectively (the most recent work at my home was by Kurtis and Joe), and the office staff are always really friendly on the phone. C/B installed a new furnace and a/c for me about 5 years ago and I have had absolutely no problems at all. Efficient and friendly service most recently from Scott and Jonathan for a heating tuneup.
