Paul was awesome to work with. We had a leak in our house on a drain line that was found by chance. He helped find the leak and repair it that day. We had him also come out to replace old valves. He did a great job and while at my house he put my mind at ease with our current plumbing in our house. I would recommend Paul for anybody's plumbing needs.
Keith Barnes did an excellent job with the Heat Fall maintenance and was very thorough with explaining the run through of his analysis and inspections and everything was very good and explained everything he did! I was very pleased with his overall performance Thank You! Gary Kellems

Our water heater failed catastrophically on a Friday evening, and Chief/Bauer had a plumber, Paul DeBolt, reach out to us first thing Saturday morning. Paul quickly identified the right replacement, got the parts, and installed the new unit the same day. He made precise adjustments to the piping and worked efficiently and professionally throughout.
