Jeff petty did amazing job planing out a new furnace and ac system for my 1835 Victorian home and ran all new duct work and everything is so perfect !!! And Matt Humphrey and guys did amazing work and Doug did such great work on duct work ! And Kyle ran supplies ! Was a long stretch to complete but well worth it I give them 100/100 !!!!! Amazing ! Above and beyond happy !!! Thanks guys !!!
After having been a Chief Bauer customer for over forty years. I will say that their technician was great. The service provided in repairing our AC unit was terrible. Our AC blower motor went bad on Aug 15th when the heat index was near or above 100 degrees for five days while we were without AC and additional two days waiting for then to get the part in from the manufacturer. Don't stock Lennox AC parts must be ordered from the manufacturer and the manufacturer didn't have a blower motor. I was able to order and receive a b... read more
My experience with Chief has always been great. Over the years they have responded to any issues I have had in a timely manner and the techs professional and kind. The kind part is important because when you are going through a crisis or just plain awful situation kind words and understanding helps. My last tech - Wayne - was one of the nicest people to deal with. He was efficient and got the job done both times. We needed a new sink sprayer and faucet installed. Very friendly service, especially with barking dogs! Have always had great service , up till now it has been for furnace and a/c, so chalk up another great experience with Chief Bauer!
