Chief at one time 10 years ago was a decent store having said that now they are bad ! from missing passwords you have to reset because they redid their website to several other flawed issues with placing orders someone needs to get canned ! Nowadays, it should be a pleasant experience placing orders online. throw back to twenty years ago when it wasn't so easy to order . I went over to the competition, no issues placing a simple order from them.

I wish I had read the reviews for Chief Aircraft before I lost my money and time. I have never been treated so poorly ever. Not once ever. EVER. I ordered nearly 15k in parts, FOR A CUSTOMER NONE THE LESS, to have them screw up nearly ALL aspects. This order was in October, 2021. It is 1 week out of DECEMBER now.... i called to find out about our 5k engine management system. They never ordered it. The took my money, made up story after story, and I still have no products. I purchases an altimeter. After installing it in my plane as soon as the engine started it would not hold its setting. I called Chief and was given no help other than "send it to the manufacturer" at my expense. They would not take it back. I did as told. Two months later I havent heard anything so I call. They tell me there was nothing wrong with the altimeter. So they want almost $50 to "restock" it. On a $175 order. After much complaining they cut that fee in half.
