Have used this company twice. The first time, my gas gauge broke and my car ran out of gas. I did not know this at the time, as the gas gauge showed 1/4 tank of gas. Chidsey’s towed my van to my house and we were discussing what could be wrong, he suggested I may be out of gas. He knocked on the gas tank and it sounded empty. While vacationing in the Cuyahoga National Park the water pump went out on our car. Chidsey's towed the vehicle at 7 p.m. and had it repaired for us by noon the next day. Incredible fast service. We are grateful for the speed and care they took of our vehicle so we could continue our vacation. Having a vehicle break down is stressful enough but being hours from home with two young kids and a broke down car is nerve-racking!!! Thanks Chidsey crew for a job well done! Kelly and his staff are outstanding. My father is 89 years old and takes his car to Chidsey's for everything. They have never perform any unneeded repairs, over charged him, or lied to him about a repair. It is so nice to know there are still good honest business people out there who look out for our seniors in the community.
