They used to be pretty cool until they turned over management. I took the first chance I had to show them.
I have been using WHBM for all my clothing needs! Decided to try Chico’s. Ladies are nice. Their size was totally wrong on a Jacket. I have a Jacket exact size , fits perfect! I am very disappointed it is non returnable! Making the size wrong is not my fault! WHBM was very nice about it one time! Chico’s is refusing to exchange! I am not going to be Chico’s customer.
