Chico Painted the exterior of our house 14 years ago - In Seattle . It held up well but it was time for repainting. In that time we saw neighbors having their house painted twice !! and saw other houses peeling after only a few years. Ours never had any bad peeling. We got several estimates and also called Chico. As before , he and his crew did an excellent job prepping, painting , and clean up. He uses high quality paint , a grade better than many others . I think this paint job will last 20 yrs !!
Francisco is a consummate professional, great to work with. His team does beautiful work. Worth every penny. They painted our interior after we remodeled the top 2 floors of our house and it's perfect. We hope to have them back this summer for the exterior because we trust they'll do excellent work.
