I have been a long time customer of Chicos and have spent thousands of dollars over the last 15 years. I tried to exchange some pants while waiting was ignored and disrespected by 2 different sales staff. It will be hard for me to be a return customer, particularly the store in 5 points shoping center. I don't believe the economy is good enough that any customer looking to spend money should be treated so poorly.
The quality of clothing is outstanding. Customer service is great! Once you find a size it will always fit you the same. The maker is very consistent with sizing in all clothing they make. And the material they use is high quality.
