There is an unbelievably RUDE manager at this store. I believe she might be racist/prejudiced. I do not know her name, but she has jet black hair and jet black eyebrows. She made me feel very uncomfortable and I will be contacting Chicos headquarters. Here is what I witnessed: These two women were shopping and one was trying on clothes in the changing room.
