I was very disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit to your York location. This is the second time I have had a negative experience at this store and unfortunately it will be my last. Upon entering, I was greeted by an associate who opened with “What do you need?” rather than the usual warm welcome I’ve come to expect from Chico’s.
