I just left Chicos at the Fountains with a new bag of goodies, and I was very pleased and impressed with both the store setup and the staff. Diana and Gina are the absolute BEST, and I felt like they were there for me personally. Though there were lots of people in the boutique, these women can multitask quite well and they were attentive to all of us. Highly recommend this store! Kathy McKenzie
The employee were birderline rude. I went right next door to the Black and White store and spent $600.

Great store! Great customer service! There is a sales associate named Gina and she is great! I thought I was a size that I have been so comfortable but she sized me down a whole size. My confidence is so great after talking to her! Never seen her before but she is so great! Hope she never leaves!
The cloth in Chico's is well made but the staff at Aventura is nothing efficient, I placed an order of a product they didn't have at the store and I never received the item when I called to customer service of the on line purchases they apologized and created a refund, he else explained to me that the reason because I never received the product it was because my address it was incorrect instead to W Country Club it said Werst Country Club, when I called to the store to correct it I spoke to one person that never accepted th... read more
Horrible customer service. I wanted to see what the store was like. I entered at 6:40 pm. The 2 employees stared me down. One followed me. I told them I was just looking around. Within 3 minutes she said “ I just want you to know that we close at 7.” I said “ no worries, I am leaving. I felt like Julia Roberts in “Pretty Woman.” I had money to spend but because I was in scrubs( I am a RN) I felt shunned. It’s was embarrassing
Very, very disappointed by my dealings today at Chico’s. I have spent more $$$ there than I can count. My entire closet is largely Chico’s. But while I can’t speak for now, before the pandemic there were not many petites at the local , so I started ordering online. Chico's is one of the best stores in Stockton. Clothes are beautiful and the service is courteous and professional. I love this store.
