I just wanted to update my review but my phone isn’t letting me so I’m writing an update review… it’s been more than 24hrs since I spoke with customer service… although I thought it an insult they didn’t care about my experience and offered $15 in exchange for it, I at least expected an email with the $15 that I wouldn’t use… never got it. (Insulted)
This location is very rude. I wrote an earlier post intending to take it off afterwards - hall of fame rude for a day - but I got a post from the owner beforehand inviting me to call and voice my concerns so they could correct it. My suggestion, and it's only a suggestion, is to have a dedicated line for complaints because the only thing the person I spoke to could say is, "I'm sorry that happened," "It's ok," and "I'm going to give you $15 to amend it." I've shopped at this location before and have generally had positive experiences, which is why this stood out. During my visit on Friday morning to return a pair of pants, the staff was noticeably cold and unwelcoming. The interaction left me wondering if I'd somehow done something wrong. I'm mentioning the day and time in case it helps identify the shift, because this experience was very different from my previous visits.
