My parents in their 70's from Ely Mn get to Duluth every so often. My mom spends a lot of money at Chico's. She brought a pair of pants back with the receipt and was told by the clerk that she couldn't return them because it was over 60 days old. My mom looked at the back of the receipt and it is written so small you need a magnifying glass. My dad asked the clerk to read the receipt and she said she had to get her magnifier glasses. The staff is friendly and the selection is excellent. I only wish that you were open on Sunday!
