I have a love of Chico's but a true dislike for this location. The lack of / very poor customer service reminds me I don't look like the typical Chico's customer. The lead person during my last visit on 12/13 was the snotty one. I was invisible and spoken to in NOT kind tones. Then, I made the mistake of asking to use their restroom. I asked to use their restroom because I was trying on many clothes and didn't want to go out in the freezing rain. She loudly reminded me I am not allowed to use her restroom. Once again, I shopped at the Chicos store in Woodbury, MN and was utterly disappointed by their sub-par customer service.
Upscale clothing for older women
The lady that waited on me was snooty. Would not go back to this location
My favorite place to shop. Clothes are quality and fit my body. Staff is helpful and friendlier since the addition of Amy. Love Chicos!
