Order was placed for in store pick up. After 2 days I called the store and was treated like I didn’t know what I was doing. Hung up and called customer service. Was told that I had definitely placed order for “in store pick up “ Top was available for in store pick up when I placed the order. Now, is no longer available anyway. Very disappointed in both Chicos and the store
The Rock Hill store has awesome customer service. It makes me enjoy shopping there!
That staff at this Chicos store are so very helpful! Jan helped me so much with finding pants to go with my tops I had picked out! And Barbara and Jan both gave me their true opinions, which I wanted! Barbara looked to see if I had any coupons that would help wirh my cost! These two ladies were wonderful! And I can't wait to wear my new clothes!
I did shop here but slowly I have avoided the place!!!!Kept having to return items with flaws!!!Now,,,tis hard to find cotton hard to find a full short sleeve hard to find without collars!!!Come on designer's wake UP!!!
