Staff is the worst! They have no problem talking poorly of their customers and the stores around them!!! They are HORRIBLE!!
Love shopping at Chicos. Great customer service, and I love their clothes. I love having the additional 5% off any purchase.
The ladies are very cordial and extremely helpful. The four stars on selection is that I wear a 00 shirt size and they start at 0. I look forward to shopping there when I'm in Las Cruces.
Great people and you can't bet the cloths or the prices, but have to hit them when they are having one of their sales.

I love all the clothes I try on I want to purchase them. They are always fashion forward. I wear a 00 to a 0. Its a great feeling to find beautiful clothes that actually fit my long legs plus my thin frame. I've never gone in there without walking out with something nice. I keep my visits to a minimum to fit into my budget. It's hard but I restrain myself unless it's a special occasion with coupons in hand. This is the best clothing store for me. Personable and helpful sales people. Clothes a bit pricey but generally good quality. The style of clothes is also very nice.
2/5/17 I went into Chico's at Friendly Shopping Center and was very impressed. Dee Dee welcome me, got my dressing room started and was great at assisting me. Thank you Dee Dee for you great customer service. I will be back.
My daughter and I went shopping Saturday at Chico's. We entered the store and looked all around. My daughter found some things that she wanted to try on. We took them to the dressing room and started trying them on. We had been in the store at least 20 minutes and there was no one that spoke to us or asked us anything. They did not ask if they could help or if we were having any luck in the dressing room.
