My experience with Chicopee Tire and Auto Service was favorable. I found their mechanics very thorough and sales staff very helpful. I was able to make a more informed decision about what repairs were needed immediately and what repairs I could schedule for a later date. I have since recommended their facility to friends and family.
I can't give them a strong recommendation. I brought a vehicle to them with brakes that were sticking. They did the break work for me - a $700 expense. As I drove the truck away from the shop the brakes were STILL sticking. Obviously, they hadn't test driven the vehicle. I had to bring it back to the shop twice over the course of a week to have them correct a problem with them sticking. I paid for the additional work needed. Two months later, the sticking problem has returned.
