I've been on hold for over 2 hours and 45 minutes and no one answered the phone so pathetic losers that work there trying to get ahold of my doctor
RecommendedStaff are all great and I love my doctor. My only complaint is if you have to call for any reason you’re going to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. I normally have to use my entire break just to call even for something as silly as a flu shot. I’ve been a patient since they opened and the wait times have only gotten longer. Come on CHC, you can do better for your clients then leaving them on hold for extended wait times. Used my break 3 times last week and still couldn’t get a person.
