Always very courteous, understanding and I always take care of my needs and in Chicopee they take care of our power. Never any issues in 70 years, I am on disability and on social security and I pay my bill on time every month. You always paid necessities first. I've never had an issue paying my bill and if you're late, yes you should pay a fee. Chicopee has the lowest rates outside of South Hadley in the area. I just had another emergency tongue and throat cancer surgery, they know that and they can’t give me one day. But if I was a loser trying to get over in the system I wouldn’t have to pay anything. The guys in the field are great, the people in the office are horrible! They’re rude and unpleasant to deal with.
