Overpriced, convoluted nonsense and as good a reason as any to avoid Chicopee altogether if one can help it.
The lady in the office is extremely rude, gives customers calling over the phone a very difficult time ( I have seen this happen on numerous occasions with different Chicopee customers seeking customer service) and then not only that, she continues to hold a grudge towards you by remembering your account details and continuing the bad service and attitude every month after the initial reaction. She is bordering harassment at this point, and needs to be investigated before there is a lawsuit in your hands.
Poor communication, and an even worse experience in-person - entitled Big NO for me. Also a note to customers - they do NOT start new service on Fridays after 12 pm. (Or so I was told)
