been wonderful to work with – I have had a totally different experience than the previous reviewer. My 10 year old son wears glasses and they have been incredible in helping us through the process. I would highly recomend Chico Vision Care.
Horrible – This is the worst eye place you can go. They bill your insurance for services they never provided. The optician is rude and inpatient. And to top it off they give you the wrong perscription. In more detail I went there to get contacts for the first time. I did my normal exam and then they scheduled a contact training appointment for a month away.
