The conditions when you drive through should speak for itself. This place is disgusting. Gun violence gang violence. Theft. dealers and drug addicts this place is a one stop shop for all your criminal needs/wants but don't forget disease. This place has had ongoing sewage issues for over 5 years that I'm aware of.
