Very professional office, knowledgable staff and caring doctor. My case is difficult due to paperwork issues but the wonderful office staff went out of their way to help.
I was a patient of Dr Lals for 2 years, for chronic back pain caused by herniated discs and bone spurring. I received back injections every 2-3 months for a period of 2 years. These did help, but did not last long unfortunately. I found Dr Lal to be professional with a caring bedside manner.
The doctor was very judgmental about my use of opioids. He gave me a hip injection which, of course, did not help my fibromyalgia. I am not sure he believes in fibromyalgia. I found his personal style to be very abrasive and supercilious. He kept insisting my real problem was that the opioids were causing my pain. Did not find him sympathetic. I have always had a good experience here, and have been a patient for 3+ years. The Doctor is superior to others in his field, and has a warm bedside manner. I highly recommend Chico Pain Clinic to others.
