DO NOT USE. Don’t even bother calling. This place is a complete rip-off. I asked for a quote to replace 4 batteries and was told there’s a 2-hour minimum at $185/hour, a $180 service call fee, and $160 per battery—even though the batteries themselves cost under $100. On top of that, instead of showing up prepared with the parts, they said they’d need to come out first just to remove the batteries, then come back to install them just to charge you more $$. STAY AWAY.
They did a great job on our Diesels. The trucks sound so much better. Just dropping by to give a shout-out for all the excellent work.
My engine was making a funky nose after accelerating from a dead stop all the way from leaving Marysville driving to Chico and while at a truck stop, got a mobile truck repair company to repair my issue and get me on the road. Quick response and good communication.
