RecommendedOut of this world customer service. Everyone was so friendly and smiling that was working-even Christmas Day! The staff made it such a memorable experience and the food in the dining room was amazing. It was one of the best Christmas’s ever down to the light snowfall each evening. I highly recommend this place.

Go elsewhere. Lots of hot springs in Montana with Better customer service. After 10 years of going to Chico for thanksgiving we were informed that we no longer had reservations. Chico sold old like everywhere else. “Go Elsewhere.”

Returning after 5 years and very impressed with all the main lodge improvements! We have stayed at most of the different accommodations over the years and enjoyed the mineral pool always. Breakfast in the main lodge restaurant consistently good. First time at the Day Spa this trip. The poolside grill menu could stand some updates. Love to see a salmon burger and the tomatoes need more time on the vine....green tomatoes should be fried. Overall a real 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ establishment!
The mineral hot waters are fabulous, the day spa was perfect, everything about this place is perfect

We've been coming to Chico for years, and the pools and locker rooms are clean and the water is great, but the Saloon Bar Food is terrible. The Chicken Nachos were bland, dry and stale. The "chicken" (was that chicken, it looked like tofu...rubbery, dry, and bland). It wasn't hot, the cheese was all melted together like a saucer, and the guacamole is out of a can somewhere (terrible). My dinner "special" was the stuffed pepper.
