I am a customer service rep so it takes a lot to impress me. I now have a hearing aid that just in 5 days has changed my life. I am so happy I landed here I love it.
Excellent customer service and friendly knowledgeable staff. I felt very comfortable during both my visits. I can hear so well and the hearing aids are attractive, extremely comfortable and they're practically invisible. My favorite feature is pushing a button and the hearing aids omit a pleasant white noise that drowns out tinitis completely! Thank you Chico Hearing Aid Center!!!

Chico Hearing Aid Center is very disappointing. The facility is dirty and very unsanitary. The machine used to clean your hearing aids looks as if it hasn't ever been cleaned. It has the remains of countless previous cleanings covering the mechanism that holds the aids that are being cleaned. And not just the machine, but the entire room that the machine is in is filthy.
