I lost my home in the Camp Fire. When I was looking for a new wood fireplace for our new home we went here at first very friendly. We ordered a very expensive fireplace with install. They did the install and in Nov 2018 they had to come up and finish hooking it up for move in. At this point the trucks came up we had a lot going on in the house Best Buy was there hooking up TVs and the tech doing the fireplace wired it wrong a shorted our brand new tv.
