Been waiting almost 3 months for someone to call me back and tell me about my father's death. No one has called and I don't think they even care.
Enloe placed my father in law here for short term rehab. He was evicted from his home while he was at Windsor. It's been 3 months and his insurance will not cover his stay, so the lovely people at Windsor took over my father in laws social security check. How is he supposed to find housing if his check goes to this place every month. This is ridiculous. I would have given 2 stars because there is no abuse or neglect, but it's not good enough.
We were very thankful for the care my sister (and Mother to her children) received during her long hospice stay. We found the Nursing staff, Butte Hospice, and the support staff to be extremely kind.The facilities were spotless . Thank you for helping our family through this tough & trying time.
My mom went here after a 4 way bypass surgury. She was walking fine when she went in to have surgery, she was sent here for physical rehabilitation after being in hospital bed for a month. She got no physical therapy at all. They fed her salty unhealthy food and just let her lay in a diaper for a month then threatened to have her benefits cut off if we took her home.
