Love the workouts and the people! Steve and Zane are always switching up the workouts to keep things interesting and focus on different movements and strengths. I really noticed a difference this ski season. I had a lot more in the tank to ski hard without the legs or lungs giving out. Come join the Core family it is great
I have been going to the Core for over two years now and am amazed and thrilled at the transformation of my body. The positive energy and friendly atmosphere inspire me to go regularly, and the trainers make sure I’m doing what’s best for my body without getting injured. I’ve joined many gyms in my life, and this is by far the best I’ve ever experienced, physically and socially.
If you’re looking for a gym that will challenge you, help you grow, and make you feel part of something bigger, Core is the place to be!!!

The Core This is my second time attending the Core. I had tried it out 18 years ago. I’ve been going now for a year and a half. There’s definitely a difference between times. I am absolutely loving the programming! They combine strength, cardio and mobility work. I love the variety of exercises so I never get bored. My body feels great and is improving all the time.
