I’ve only been a customer for 6 months now, but was sold on day one! Recently, I brought my 2015 Camry XLE Hybrid in because of issues with my passenger side windows: they were slow to go up or, not at all, until after waiting a few minutes. These guys are awesome! My son is attending CSU Chico and discovered that not only had a squirrel built a nest in his engine compartment, it had chewed through a couple of wiring harnesses! I contacted Chico Car Care because of the great reviews here, and wasn't disappointed. Dan took great care of us and they were able to repair the wiring for less than their estimate! I have been using Chico Car Care for the last few years and I am very happy with the service they provide. Dan has always been very helpful in finding the issue with my 2000 Lexus LX 470 (Lexus’s version of the Toyota Land Cruiser). I continue to be so grateful for the team at Chico Car Care. They are always patient when explaining what and why my 1999 Lexus needs attention.
