Chico Car Care is absolutely the best. I have my car serviced there regularly and I find them honest and reasonably priced. Unlike other places, they do not try to upsell me every time I am there. Dan and David are absolutely the best and I trust their advice.

Chico Car Care is the best! Great guys that give you honest feedback about your car's needs. Went to them after the dealership told me my 2007 Prius had a cracked wheel bearing that needed replacement and quoted me over 3K for a replacement bearing and an odometer replacement. CCC told me they didn't see anything alarming but they'd keep an eye on it and it hasn't been an issue since. They are my go-to mechanics now. Over 258K miles and still running great thanks to them! I have been using Chico Car Care for the last few years and I am very happy with the service they provide. Dan has always been very helpful in finding the issue with my 2000 Lexus LX 470 (Lexus’s version of the Toyota Land Cruiser). From the first phone call and after some initial research, Dan seems to know what the most likely issue is, and 10/10 he’s been correct. I’ve only been a customer for 6 months now, but was sold on day one! Recently, I brought my 2015 Camry XLE Hybrid in because of issues with my passenger side windows: they were slow to go up or, not at all, until after waiting a few minutes. This had been going on while my car was still under warranty, but was told by the service department they couldn’t have their guys take a look until my windows went to complete failure. Absolutely amazing service. Friendly, to the point, no BS. Gave me a list of "things to do right now" for maintenance on my 2013 Prius V and a small "recommended to do soon" list. Did all the important things for a very reasonable price considering all that was done, and all in one afternoon! Exactly what I was hoping for when I brought it into the Toyota dealership, but didn't get. I just moved to town recently and haven't found a mechanic shop I trust yet. I believe I just did! Thank you guys!
