Okay everyone, best place hands down! Brad is an excellent coach. He is very Informative, helpful AND KICKS YOUR A**!! Going to the gym is easy if you know what to do and know the type of form to have but if your looking to get into shape and don't know where to start then this is your place. He walks you thru step by step and makes modifications for the workouts if necessary. The environment is very family oriented and NON-JUDGMENTAL. I have been a part of the Chico Boot Camp family for over a year now! Brad is an excellent coach! I don't know how he does it with all of us! He will challenge you and genuinely cares about your progress. He not only delivers a sensational coaching program, but he also applies mental and nutritional health as well.
