Shame on you city of chico.only to allow the white elitist golfing community to access upper Bidwell the peoples park. Much larger area unscathed way beyond the course can be utilized by all. More likely to be struck by falling trees on golf course. No such issues on rim or upper trails . All about the money. Paid parking for a park we the people pay for. It's all peoples park not the few who have money to spend to access the park. Every hiker biker jogger and walker should band together and take back our park. How dare you ... read more
