Went for an oil change and they forgot to put the cap back on afterwards so my engine was bone dry way too soon. Came back for another oil change to make the last mistake right and they didn’t clean off the old filter residue so when they put the new oil filter on it wasn’t on flush and was leaking oil. I hate doing this and leaving a bad review but it was absolutely warranted after the back to back inexcusable mistakes. Just carelessness
Really nice, professional place. I came here for an inspection on a car I was buying, and I would highly recommend them for that service. I wanted two inspections, to hedge my bets, and Conrad's (who I went to first) by comparison probably just looked at it for 6 seconds and wrote 'fine.' Chick's found a bunch of things, small and large, from wear and tear to missing lug nuts. Way better value for the inspection fee.
