World class customer service. My car got towed here from another shop that couldn’t diagnose the issue. They took the vehicle and got it up and running the next day for me. Best automotive place in lake county
I took my car here for a simple coolant leak, I had already found the bad o ring and asked if they had one they could throw on for me they said yes. I got a call later stating they didn’t have a proper size and would need a replacement sensor as well as the o ring and it would cost much more. I told them no thanks and they told me they would still need to charge me for diagnosis even though I already diagnosed it for them and they really had provided me nothing at this point. Easy to book an appointment. Fair pricing. They treat customers cars like thier family was driving it. Won't recommend unnecessary work. We took a car to be inspected prior to purchase. They found a few things I already suspected plus a few i could like the computer chip issue
