Generous portion!
Very unimpressed with this store and a complaint to head office (sent twice) was completely ignored. The food was OK, nothing special, but the $82 parking ticket I received while parked in THEIR back parking lot was unacceptable. Who would expect that you'd have to pay to stop at their store, at the only parking available to access their location? Excellent customer service every time! The employees are always friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. The restaurant is clean, the food is always ready on time and delicious, and the prices are reasonable for what you get. This is definitely my go-to Chiko Chicken location after several poor experiences at the Metrotown/Kingsway location. Thank you to the staff for always making my experience outstanding!
