This is a small father and son business and they are always professional and do an excellent job. I’ve been having them clean my chimney for 15 years now and they always do a wonderful job.
Owner seems to be an elderly gentleman who loves to talk, but is not very good at following up on his promises. Our experience was not a good one. The work he did was suspect. We are now in the process of calling someone else, since we are not sure our chimney is actually safe to use.
