After experiencing Chicken Treat in Perth, I was keen to have it again, but it seemed the entire staff was Asian, and they were all talking in their native tongue. I got a shallow grunt from the staff member on the counter, who then proceeded to ignore me, and have a conversation in their language, and having a laugh, while checking their tik tok page. The food was horrible, the floors dirty, and the service deplorable. If I wanted a terrible experience, I would have gone to McDonalds.
I ordered a 3 pcs Treat Box. After payment was completed, the staff handed me a 600ml Pepsi Max. I then requested to change it to a can instead. The staff informed me that I had been charged for the 600ml bottle rather than the can, and then proceeded to give me 2 cans. I understand there may be a public holiday surcharge in place, however I was never asked nor informed about any drink upgrade or additional charge before payment was processed. And no receipt offered or given Thank you.
