This has been an absolutely terrible experience. When I contacted Uber, the representative explicitly told me they would instruct the backend staff to cancel my order and handle it. However, after the staff went ahead and cancelled it, I received absolutely nothing back. Instead, you charged me the full amount for food I never got. Being charged for an order after being assured by your own team that the cancellation was being handled is unacceptable. I want a full refund back into my account immediately.
Disgusting service. I went through the drive through and when I got home my nuggets were missing from my order. I know I ordered, and paid for them, as he asked me how many I wanted. And what sauce I wanted. I contacted the online feedback and received an email to say my case had been reviewed and closed. No compensation for essentially over charging me. Nothing
