Best ever love this place
Im giving this review a one star not because of the food. The food was excellent. But for the service I received today. I called three times to order a meal for my family and was put on hold twice for over 5 minute both times. On the third time a woman picked up and finally took my order. She rushed me off the phone due to being short staffed which I understand. When I got there i went through the drive through and at the speaker I was told to hold on. I just left this Chicken Shack! They are on it there, between walk in orders….pickups….& the drive through, they were working hard there & got everyone in & out at decent times. Good job guys. :)
The new chicken tenders are awful! Nothing but tasteless breading and chicken that didn't even seem like real chicken. This was my favorite take-out but I won't be back. Sad
The complete staff is awesome and Darvon that fry the chicken and Danny who does the ribs is on point. The potatoes I like them because they aren't burn't up and too crispy. The lovely two women Katie and Tory are so respectful and shows me great respect with professionalism. That's why I made it my favorite place to become a regular customer. I'm lost for words when it comes to this establishment and I've been to several chicken shacks but, I-696 and Schoenherr has them beat by far. Keep up the tremendous work and craftsman... read more
