The recipe for the BBQ chicken tenders has changed. They used to be big pieces and crispy. The best tenders in Metro Detroit. Now they are small and not crispy. It seemed as if Chicken Shack has replaced the delicious tenders with smaller, frozen crappy chicken. This was always my favorite item on the menu. Won't ever order them again. Huge disappointment.
Recently went to Chicken Shack and there was. error in my order. Thanks for. making it right the. next time. Manager super nice. Team work makes the dream work. Still wish you would bring back smelts. That is what make them specially. Need to make potatoes crisper. Services here better than Southfield.
I order 4 piece chicken dinner ALL DARK with well done fries I had to pull over to wait for it. It was 40 minutes before I got my order everyone else around me that we needed got theirs. I asked the lady where’s mine cause I was before then and she goes would you order and I told her, I got home open the box and I got White meat and dark not the ALL DARK MEAT like I asked for. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS .
