TWILIGHT ZONE!!! I haven’t been to this location in years and WOW, has it fallen on hard times! We had a pickup time of 3:45pm which we arrived for at 3:40. We were told they were “ finishing it up” and it would be just a minute. We sat for 30 minutes before having to approach staff about some sort of update. Half the food had been sitting there getting ice cold. 40 minutes into it we saw them just throwing our chicken into the fryer. The staff seemed very miserable.
