I order online and showed up after the time it was promised. They said My onion rings were not ready yet. 5 other customers ordered at the register, and were helped and left before my order was completed 15 minutes later. Totally unacceptable. They staff was snotty as well

Updated review** 3/13/2025 (Detroit Day) Fantastic food, friendly staff, and very very quick for carry out. I live 5 minutes down the road, left almost as soon as I ordered, and the food was ready as I got there. 2 snack size bites and fries. I credit my not so great first experience to DoorDash. I have had 2 great orders from here since then, both were carry out orders.
