We ordered from this Chicken Shack in new Baltimore Mi on 23 and Sass to be ready at 11:30 am when we get there to get our food we were told that there wasn't even a cook there to make our food and they refunded our money. What a shame the worker that was there couldn't call the owner to come in . This isnt the first time this happened to us. So now We will take our business to the one located on Romeo Plank. They know how to come in and work.Â
When I was in chicken shack last night the manager James was talking to his cook with disrespect as a manager you should not talk to your employees disrespectful! Then he sent the young man home for no reason something about you didnât cook the fish fast enough ! If he wasnât moving fast enough how about you as a manager jump in and help! I wonât be returning to this location!Â
