First time I tried this location got the chicken tinder bucket with 2 sides they tell me it comes with 3 sauces when I get them its not like the sealed sauce packs you normally get these are little jello shot cups only half full and you only get 3 for 15 pieces of chicken the potatoes were dried out quality is definitely down and price keeps getting higher
Haven’t had chicken shack in years, I was out away from home and saw chicken shack so I stopped to get my family dinner. Ordered an 8 piece meal, waited 15 minutes, that’s fine, it was cooked to order. I get home 20 minutes later and I go to dab off the grease and serve up the chicken, there’s chicken blood on my paper towel. I inspect the chicken, it’s not fully cooked! Legs were still pink and the thighs were still slimy and rubbery. What a disappointment to now not have dinner for the family and a waste of time and money.... read more

Food was good as always but wow has it got expensive. $20 for 8 chicken wings and shack potatoes. Getting out of control
Always order their chicken for our parties. Very tasty and fresh, a little expensive, but you get what you pay for.
