If you order DoorDash your combo doesn’t actually come as a combo.. oh and if you order a 6 piece tossed in sauce it comes out burnt and with pieces that I guess could pass as maybe 5 chicken bites.. with no sauce lol. My meal was great but my husband and son had to eat from it since theirs lacked.

I feel like they need to have more people to work there to help out that boy who i ever see working all alone taking orders from drive through and walk ins. The food is good and all the thing that sucks is waiting in those long lines and literally having to wait minutes until your order is taken and then you pay and getting it. If you guys moved to a bigger business higher more people to help out

I have always enjoyed dining at Chicken Shack; however, my recent experiences have been disappointing. The level of customer service, particularly during evening hours, has declined significantly. There is a staff member who frequently works at night and has been consistently rude and unprofessional in his interactions. In addition, the restaurant has appeared unclean on multiple occasions.
