The reason I gave the chicken salad factory such a low score is very simple. As nice as the place looks and as delicious the food is. There are no safety measures against someone ( employee ) from either coughing or sneezing on the food. Absolutely nothing to cover the food against insect or otherwise. One main issue with this place is that you cannot simply buy a scoop of chicken salad because, "its an add on". You would have to purchase a entrée, (which the budget item is $8.99), to add a singular scoop as a side, and to add to insult you cannot even mix and match the scoops of your own desire. The portion size of the scoops, for the price, is the salt rubbed into the wound. The amount is so pathetic, the pickles on the plate were bigger than the chicken salad.
