If I could give the place zero stars I would. Let me save you the trouble DO NOT GO HERE unless you want terrible food and even terrible service. I use to come here for years and it used to be so good but the customer service has gone down hill. I ordered taco dinners and a horchata, so when they gave me the horchata it wasn’t even filled considering the price why is there a two inch gap but that wasn’t my main issue what was my main issue was that there were finger prints and sauce all over the top. This used to be one of my go to spots in town. They had the best creamy green salsa and very good tacos. We ordered steak taco dinner and al Pastor tacos. First the meat was very fatty and the al Pastor was bland. The rice tasted old and the beans were also bland. The worst thing was the salsa that made me fall in love with this place is no longer the same too. Idk if they are cheaping out on ingredients but they have lost a loyal customer because of it.
It's actually called La Michoacana. The people were VERY friendly. The food was decent overall. The tacos in particular were really good. The quality of the of other food items were just okay. The chicken was a bit dry. The chimichanga’s tortilla was a bit darker (likely due to the grease needing to changed), but the pastor inside was extremely juicy and delicious. The ice cream was also absolutely delicious. I got a small mango cup and it was honestly some of the best mango ice cream I've ever had.
Pésimo servicio, ni siquiera te dejan hablar al hacer una orden por teléfono, estás hablando y te interrumpen para preguntarte si vas a querer algo más, pides tortillas de harina y te dan de maíz. Especifique las salsas que quería y me pusieron lo que les dio la gana. Seguro las que menos se venden, parecía agua la salsa verde. No ponen atención a las órdenes por qué ni siquiera te dejan terminar de hablar de lo apurado que te atienden como si te atendieran a fuerzas. Pésimo servicio.
