Our property is a classic 1925 Folly Beach oceanfront cottage. Harks back to simpler times with wood floors, ceilings, and walls. Screen porch along the length of the beach side provides outdoor living space with a hammock, rocking chairs, and wicker overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Owner did not return my security deposit from a stay in April. The next time I stayed, she returned my security deposit. I looked back to my bank, because I did not remember getting it returned in April, contacted the owner and she did not respond through text and email.

Great place for a vacay. Close to Charleston and all the historic stuff, if you are into that. Local pubs and grub good, too. Enjoyed the oysters in particular. Helpful owner, shared all about local things to do. Definitely a sweet beach house, right on the ocean.
