Dining area is always messy and dirty, portion of chicken is a joke , there was a hair in my rice.
A dollar for the chicken skin that used to be free? Really? They throw it out anyway if you don't buy it. How greedy do you have to be? Not only that but the chicken portions are getting noticeably smaller than when the place was brand new. This is how you lose customers.
I dine here quite often. I've eaten at chicken kitchen since the early 90's so I have seen the changes over the years. I've been eating at this specific location on old Cutler road for about 10years. Tonight I bought nothing new. Just my typical deluxe chop, light lettuce,light tomatoes & wife had the same.
