So the Owner of this place is doing so bad, they are now charging for the skin of the chicken $.99 cents. This used to be free.Who is going to pay for the skin of the chiken which they throw away $.99 cents?😳😳 Also the employees dont look too happy at all. The service is also bad.Is so sad, What eating out has become in Miami and what restaurants are doing. Then they want a service tip. I feel really sad

I went and I order a large deluxe With double chicken asked the manager to include the skin, And he went ahead to tell me there’s an extra fee for the skin, When the skin is part of the chicken and especially if I’m paying for double meat. He goes to tell me is the owner’s idea and the owner is very greedy. Well this message is for the owner, I’m never buying here again. This thirsty corporate behavior. Like you not charging enough for the for the plate? What wrong with you ? Gross mentality!
I rated this location with 1 star because I had to select a star rating in order to proceed. However, if I had the option I would've rated zero stars. This location is absolutely disgusting. Management is a huge disappointment and has no concern in quality customer service. I have called the corporate number severe times and reached an individual with broken English. To make matters worse I have left my name and contact info with the young lady who answers the corporate phone line and no one has contacted me thus far. You sh... read more
