I have been a long time customer of Chicken Hawk Racing. I originally bought a couple of pair of the red classic standard warmers for my track day bikes and they were great. As I progressed, I sold those and stepped up to the Pro Digital models and have used two pair for several years. Recently the controllers for one of my pair of warmers went out, and I returned them to Chicken Hawk for repair. They only charged me the standard diagnostic fee to replace the controllers, supply new power cords and send the warmers back all ... read more
Rude customer service, especially the lady who picks up the phone. The way they do customer service is very rude, I mean the way the lady talks. She even did not listen to me to finish my words, she just hang up the phone with the bad attitude. Never want to contact them again!! And the lady, if you read this review, you should know that you lost many good customers due to your attitude :).
Great products great customer service.
The products are top notch! The tire warmers are used by World Champions and the customer service knows what's going on
