Maybe Guy should find employees that actually do their job besides care about a damn bathroom. Apparently the guy working only knows how to treat men with respect even though I was the one who payed lol ( birthday treat). Do better. I don’t care how good chicken tenders are, it the service isn’t good I won’t be returning. No wonder it’s so empty, nobody wants to deal with the fake workers.
Decided to give this spot a third chance since food was either over cooked and service was slow. Waited over 20 minutes my order was (10 chicken tenders ) and watched people order and receive their food who came in after me. Jollibee just opened a location nearby, save yourself some time and go there’s Service is way faster, they have a bigger menu and your food is actually cooked right.
I usually avoid Times Square when I can, but I needed to visit after trying out their food at an event at the Y last summer. Their chicken fingers and dipping sauces are even better when made fresh! I would go back - recommended for locals and tourists.
The food itself was pretty good, nothing CRAZY but i’m glad i tried it!! The service was wild, probably understaffed. Ordered food on a kiosk and waited for about 15min until someone asked what we were waiting for, pretty weird system.
