The food is always delicious!
They changed the chicken recipe. No more crunch at all. Now it's just dry and rubbery. They were unique but now they're just basically the leftovers of Chick-fil-a, Raising Canes... basically any other chicken chain. Absolutely nothing special about Chicken Guy! any longer.
I have changed my rating from 5 stars to 1 star because Chicken Guy has made the horrible decision to remove most of the sauces from their menu including my two favorite sauces, Peri Peri and Teriyaki. It is incomprehensible how one can claim to be the boss of sauce yet remove most of their sauces from the menu. I really enjoyed the B.L.A.T combo. the chicken was very flavorful and tender. perfectly fried not greasy and the french fries were really good fried seasoning. One of the best chicken sandwiches that I’ve ever had.
Went to Chicken Guy after church and the food and service was amazing. I noticed the patrons next to me had to wait for a while. When their food finally came, the manager Vanessa arrived to their table shortly after apologizing for the inconvenience and took care of the situation without the patrons even bringing it up. Great customer service along with great food. Will be coming back.
